The Licensing as Priest-in-Charge of Rev'd. Rachel Noël by the Rt. Rev'd. Debbie Sellin, Bishop of Southampton was performed on Sunday 2nd October 2022 in St. James' Church.
Once licensed to serve, the license was signed with The Venerable Gary Philbrick, Assistant Archdeacon of Winchester. Rachel's family was welcomed, before Rachel was welcomed by the Interim Head Teacher of St. James' Primary Academy, East Cliff Pre-School Head Teacher, Churches Together in Boscombe and Councillor Andy Jones on behalf of the Bournemouth Christchurch Poole Council.
